Seniors (+45) Doubles (Player who play seniors doubles are NOT allow to start also in Mixed Doubles)

In order to guarantee a smooth tournament, ALL Players, no matter what age classes, can now enter a maximum of  TWO  SINGLES CLASSES and TWO DOUBLES CLASSES all together. In all single draws each player has three matches guaranteed. In all doubles class two matches are guaranteed. In case of walkovers friendly matches will be arranged on request.

All classes will only be played with a minimum of four players. Depending on the number of entries classes can be cancelled or combined. The tournament organisation also decides if entries are justified in the respective classes and can move players to other classes according to the position in the world rankings, previous results and the size of the respective draws.

5 Tennis (3 indoor carpet, 2 outdoor clay)

Balls
Tabletennis – Butterfly, white three star
Squash – Wilson, double dot yellow
Badminton – Wilson, tournament pro
Tennis – Wilson Championship, ITF approved

Entry Fees (until 31. May early booking bonus minus € 10,-/Player)
€ 60 per Singles Class
€ 40 per Juniors Class
€ 20 per Doubles Class

€ 40 in addition per player for each Singles Class
€ 25 in addition per junior for each  Junior Class
€ 10 in addition per Doubles Class

€ 12 Players Licence Fee for all players who have not paid this annual fee 2012 to FIR

ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday 24th August 2012 

Payment
Payments can only be made in CASH at the registration desk before each players first match. Pull-outs after the entry deadline and No-shows are required to pay the FULL entry fee or will be suspended for the following FIR World Tour tournaments until having paid the entry fee.

1650€ Men Elite (650, 400, 250, 150, 5th – 8th 50 each)

850€ Women Elite (400, 200, 100,50, 5th – 8th 25 each)

500€ Men´s Doubles (250, 150, 100)

200€ Women´s Doubles (100, 70, 30)

300€ Mixed Doubles (150, 100, 50)

Trophies
For the top 3 players in all draws
Prize Money and Trophies can only be received by all players taking part in the official prize giving ceremonies held on the day the specific draws end.
